1. Commodity : HEAVY FUEL OIL, MAZUT 100, GOST 10585-75 2. Origin : Russia . 3. Specification : Std Export Quality per Annex A 4. Quantity : 1100,000 MT (+/- 5%) per Month x 12 months 5. Contract Qty : Minimum 1,200,000MT 6. Duration : 12 months, with rollover and extensions 7. Pricing : The price CIF USD 305 with 5US$ to the Buyer
8. Terms: CIF ASWP 9. Payment : By at sight, confirmed, irrevocable, transferable and revolving DLC, issued by Top 25 World Prim Banks. 10. Shipment: Shipments will be effected 30-45 days after confirmation of Soft POP. The estimated arriving date should be within 30-40 days 11. Inspection: Quality, Quantity by SGS at sellers cost at port of loading, and at the buyers own cost. at port of discharging.
12. Procedure: l Buyer issues LOI with full banking details l Seller issues FCO, buyer counter signs and returns along with ICPO l For importing to China markets, Buyer has to send copy of import License for sellers verification, after that seller sends the draft sales and purchase of the contract to the Buyer l Buyer returns with the signed contracts by email. l Buyer sends POF (MT 799) to the seller via bank to bank SWIFT within seven (7) banking days after the contract being signedelectronically. l Within ten (10) banking days, original Partial POP will be sent via bank to bank SWIFT or Bank to bank courier..
