Product: Gas oil d2 Quantity: 50 000 MT per month. Contract Term: Twelve months. Delivery: CIF two (2) vessels of 25 000 MT each per month. Price: FOB
Origin: Kuwait Refinery
Inspection: Society General de Surveillance (SGS) or equivalent surveillance Company Certificates, at Sellers Option, verifying timely delivery, Specifications, FOB Delivered quantities as per Agreement. The inspection costs to be pay by Buyer.
Procedure: 1. Seller issues fco 2 . Buyer issuers icpo and bcl 3. Seller provides resource allocation 4. Signing of contract 5. Buyer issues irrevocable pre-advice 6. Seller S bank issues: 6.1. Full POP 6.2. Performance insurance bond:0.6% of dlc face value 7 . Dlc is rendered thru operative, thus activating insurance bond.
