b) Seller will inform about volume and capacity each container and total monthly delivery.
c) Total volume is minimum 12.500 tons per month and total after 12 month 150.000 tons
Procedure: Seller forwards draft sales contract (dSPA)
Buyer reviews dSPA, makes changes if ayy and countersigns Seller forwards sales contract (SPA) Buyer and Seller endorses Agreement Buyer inspect the vessel or send Representative Buyers Bank issues a pre-advice of payment instrument to sellers bank. Seller issues a 2% PB to activate buyers payment instrument. Delivery starts according contract Seller loads and ship in according with the terms of contract
Payment: The payment for each vessel shall be effected by means of an
Irrevocable, Revolving, Confirmed, Documentary Letter of Credit (L/C) to the value of one months shipments value confirmed by Top 50 World Prime Bank and Revolving for entire Contract Period. The Letter of Credit shall be payable 100% "At Sight" against first Presentation of the following documents (Originals & Copies).
Inspection: Society General de Surveillance (SGS) or equivalent surveillance Company Certificates, at Sellers Option, verifying timely delivery, Specifications, FOB Delivered quantities as per Agreement. The inspection costs to be pay by Buyer
