By letter of Credit from a Prime International Bank. Irrevocable, confirmed, Revolving, Transferable, Divisible 100% payment at sight. Allowing use of 50% of the L.C amount affront-to purchase the timber before shipment.
Upon receipt of this FCO by the buyer
a) Bank confirmation letter (BCL) to be made to sellers bank
b) Sale Agreement to be made and signed by both parties at Nairobi , Kenya
c)Buyer to open L.C.
