Above prices are for payment by transferable L/C.
Upcharge for payment by non-transferable L/C - 5%
For any commission prices need to be upcharged accordingly. Such upcharges for commissions (overprices) are to be shared equally between paymaster of intermediaries and Seller. Paymaster has to be a registered company anywhere in the world.
STANDARD PROCEDURES
Handling of a Deal:
Seller receives: a) LOI/ICPO + Bank references and FCO and/or Authorization for Soft Probe
b) Buyers Company Profile (Not necessary, but useful)
c) Detailed Scheme for the Commissions Structure aside of the Deal
Seller sends: a) FCO (if requested)
b) Draft Contract
Seller receives: a) Draft Contract Signed and Sealed by the Buyer
b) All variations and/or comments and/or changes on the contract highlighted for review of the Seller.
c) Approval on the Verbiage of the Payment Instrument by the Buyer
Seller sends: a) Definitive Contract countersigned
b) Hard Copies are exchanged.
Seller receives: a) Copy of the SWIFT for the issuance of the payment instrument.
Seller sends: a) Performance Bond and/or POP (if needed)
