Origin: Yemen
Quantity: Minimum quantity request is: 150,000 Barrel per month, (+/- 5%) X12 Months, (1 Year).
Price: CIF in your Port
DIscharge port: Name of the port and Country.
Payment: Performance bond of 10% of the value of cargo. To be opened at the time of accepting the official selling price(OSP)
Irrevocable confirmed L/C 15 days prior to shipment to Central Bank of Yemen and must be paid 30 days after shipment.
Both PB & documentary L/C should be opened by a First bank accepted by the seller
Shipping Schedule: Minimum (150,000) bbl monthly until contracted quantity has been delivered.
LOI validity: 7 Days from date of issue.
Contract: The sellers and Buyers under corporate authority and responsibility
respectively represent that the Seller is the lawful owner of the commodity in the quantities and quality as hereunder specified and the buyer has the full capability to purchase the said commodity for the term of specified with rolls and extension.
Indemnity: Seller expressly declares that the said commodity sold and delivered from illegal/criminal sources.
Procedure: 1. Seller sends FCO, Buyer signs and sends via email of fax.
2. Seller issues Draft contract.
3 . Buyer amends and returns the draft, complete with the buyer`s signature and company stamp.
4. Seller sends the final hard contract with the amendments via curier at seller`s expense.
5. The Buyer and Seller then sing, seal and exchange the hard copies of Sale and Purchase Contract.
6 . Shipments commence within 30 - 45 days from the active instrument`s.
Inspection: Society General de Surveillance (SGS) or equivalent surveillance Company Certificates, at Sellers Option, verifying timely delivery, Specifications, FOB Delivered quantities as per Agreement
